"Gake Minna no Yama" won the 1st Manga Taisho in 2008, the 54th Shogakukan Manga Award in the general audience category in January 2009, and the Excellence Award in the Manga category at the 16th Japan Media Arts Festival, an agency of cultural affairs, in 2012.
"BLUE GIANT" won third place in the Manga Taisho 2016, and in 2017 won the 62nd "Shogakukan Manga Award" (general audience category) and the Grand Prize in the Manga category at the 20th Japan Media Arts Festival, an agency of cultural affairs.
